Terms of Service.

Keggo is operated by Keggo Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (company number 17280515), with its registered office at 7 Glenmore Close, Addlestone, KT15 2TP. In these terms, "Keggo", "we", "us" and "our" mean Keggo Ltd. You can reach us at hello@keggo.app.

Keggo is new, and we're adding pubs, towns and features all the time. What you can find depends on which venues near you have joined, so some areas will have more listings than others while we grow.

• You must give accurate details when you register and keep them up to date.
• You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity on your account.
• Keggo is for adults — it lists pub and bar events, some over-18s only — and is not intended for under-18s.
• You can delete your account at any time from within the app.

Keggo helps you discover what's on at pubs near you. Event details are supplied by venues, not by us — always check with the venue before setting off, as events can change or be cancelled. Adding an event to your calendar doesn't book or reserve anything.

• Venue accounts are reviewed and must be approved by us before listings go live.
• You may only list a venue you're authorised to represent, and your details must be accurate and kept up to date.
• You're responsible for the events, profile, photos, opening hours, services and menus you publish, and for honouring what you advertise.
• We may decline, edit, suspend or remove listings or accounts that breach these terms or that we consider misleading, unlawful or harmful.

These terms apply to venue accounts. Venues are businesses, so the consumer rights mentioned elsewhere in these terms don't apply to them.

Plans. These plans are subscriptions to the Keggo events platform: listing your events, your pub profile, photos, menu and opening hours, and notifications to your followers. Every venue lists on one of these plans:

• Founding: free for life (see below).
• Six months free: free for the first 6 months, then the standard monthly price.
• Standard: free for the first month, then £15 a month per venue.

We confirm your plan by email when we approve your venue. That email, together with these terms, is our whole agreement about what you pay. If we agree a different rate with you in writing, such as for a pub group, that rate applies instead.

Every plan gets the same events platform. Unlimited event listings and everything else above, on every plan. Free plans aren't a cut-down version.

When a free period starts. On the day we approve your venue, not the day you sign up.

Founding places: free for life. A founding venue gets a lifetime subscription to the Keggo events platform and never pays to list on it. This lasts for as long as the venue lists on Keggo and we run the events platform. It covers everything a paying venue gets on the events platform, including improvements we make to it. It's limited to the events platform and doesn't include any other product or service we may offer. It doesn't depend on anything else. We might ask you to put up a poster or some beer mats, but your place doesn't hang on it.

• Pub groups. A group's founding place covers every pub the group runs on the day we confirm it. We list them in the confirmation email. Pubs the group takes on later join on the Six months free plan unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• If a pub changes hands. The founding place stays with the pub, as long as the new operator takes over its Keggo listing within 3 months.
• When a founding place ends. Only if you close the venue's Keggo account, if the pub closes for good, or if we end the account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms. If you come back later, you join on whatever plan we offer at the time.

When a free period ends. We email you at least 30 days before. You only start paying once you've set up a Direct Debit. If you don't, we pause your listings: your events stop showing, but we keep your profile and events for 6 months so you can pick up where you left off.

Paying. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance by Direct Debit, collected through our payment provider, Stripe. Your Direct Debit is covered by the Direct Debit Guarantee. If a payment fails we'll tell you and try again. If it's still unpaid after 14 days, we may pause your listings until it's sorted.

Prices. We're not registered for VAT, so there's no VAT on top today. If we register, we'll add VAT from then on and tell you at least 30 days before. We may change the monthly price, but we'll give you at least 60 days' notice by email, and you can cancel before it takes effect. A price change never applies to a founding place, and never during a free period.

No minimum term. You can cancel at any time from your venue dashboard or by emailing hello@keggo.app. Cancelling stops future payments, and your listings stay up until the end of the month you've already paid for. We don't refund part months.

If we stop running the events platform. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice and refund any month you've paid in advance for the part we can't provide. That's also when a founding place ends.

Our liability to venues. On top of the "Liability" section below, our total liability to a venue in any 12 months is limited to the fees that venue paid us in that period, or £100 if that's more. This doesn't limit liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

You keep ownership of the content you upload — event details, images, menus and profile information. By uploading it, you grant us a licence to host, display and distribute it for the purpose of operating and promoting Keggo. You confirm you have the rights to the content you upload and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights or break the law.

You agree not to:

• post content that is unlawful, misleading, offensive, or infringes others' rights;
• impersonate a venue, person or organisation, or misrepresent your connection to one;
• misuse, disrupt, scrape or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service; or
• use Keggo for anything other than its intended purpose of listing and discovering pub events.

Keggo relies on third-party services such as Google Maps for maps and place search. Your use of those features may also be subject to the relevant provider's own terms. Links or directions to venues are provided for convenience and don't imply any endorsement.

We aim to keep Keggo running smoothly but don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may add, change or remove features, and we may update these terms from time to time — the date above shows the latest version. If you keep using Keggo after a change, you accept the updated terms.

To the extent permitted by law, Keggo is provided without warranties, and we aren't liable for loss arising from your reliance on venue-supplied listings, from events being changed or cancelled, or from the service being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

You can stop using Keggo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we stop offering the service. Terms that by their nature should survive — such as content licences and liability — continue to apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer in your home country.
