Terms of Service.

Keggo is operated by Keggo Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (company number 17280515). In these terms, "Keggo", "we", "us" and "our" mean Keggo Ltd. You can reach us at keggoapp@gmail.com.

Keggo is currently in beta. The service is provided as-is and may change, break or be unavailable while we develop it, and we may reset or remove data during this period. We'll try to give notice of significant changes, but can't guarantee it.

• You must give accurate details when you register and keep them up to date.
• You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity on your account.
• Keggo is for adults — it lists pub and bar events, some over-18s only — and is not intended for under-18s.
• You can delete your account at any time from within the app.

Keggo helps you discover what's on at pubs near you. Event details are supplied by venues, not by us — always check with the venue before setting off, as events can change or be cancelled. Saving or viewing an event doesn't book or reserve anything.

• Venue accounts are reviewed and must be approved by us before listings go live.
• You may only list a venue you're authorised to represent, and your details must be accurate and kept up to date.
• You're responsible for the events, profile, photos, opening hours, services and menus you publish, and for honouring what you advertise.
• We may decline, edit, suspend or remove listings or accounts that breach these terms or that we consider misleading, unlawful or harmful.

You keep ownership of the content you upload — event details, images, menus and profile information. By uploading it, you grant us a licence to host, display and distribute it for the purpose of operating and promoting Keggo. You confirm you have the rights to the content you upload and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights or break the law.

You agree not to:

• post content that is unlawful, misleading, offensive, or infringes others' rights;
• impersonate a venue, person or organisation, or misrepresent your connection to one;
• misuse, disrupt, scrape or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service; or
• use Keggo for anything other than its intended purpose of listing and discovering pub events.

Keggo relies on third-party services such as Google Maps for maps and place search. Your use of those features may also be subject to the relevant provider's own terms. Links or directions to venues are provided for convenience and don't imply any endorsement.

We aim to keep Keggo running smoothly but don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may add, change or remove features, and we may update these terms from time to time — the date above shows the latest version. If you keep using Keggo after a change, you accept the updated terms.

To the extent permitted by law, Keggo is provided without warranties, and we aren't liable for loss arising from your reliance on venue-supplied listings, from events being changed or cancelled, or from the service being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

You can stop using Keggo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we stop offering the service. Terms that by their nature should survive — such as content licences and liability — continue to apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer in your home country.
